Converselife accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices and charges are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise.

Authorization and Capture

Your bank may place a temporary authorization when an order is submitted. Only the charge shown in the final order confirmation should post to your account.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be authorized, the order will not be fulfilled. Retry with another supported method shown at checkout or contact us for help.

Billing Questions

Email support@converselife.com with the order number and a short description of the billing issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
