Shipping Policy

Converselife ships from New York, United States. We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after the daily fulfillment cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, address-verification delays, or carrier disruptions.

Available Destinations and Rates

Available shipping destinations, service levels, and rates are calculated at checkout for the address you enter. If no shipping method is displayed, the destination is not currently supported through the checkout.

Tracking

When an order ships, we send a dispatch message with tracking details when available. Tracking scans can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes

Contact support@converselife.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after the package has been handed to the carrier.
